Wait button goes off or does not come on at all

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3013626.

This pedestrian traffic light is constantly broken. The wait button either does not light up at all, or if it lights up it goes out a few seconds later without the light changing. I've reported this before and it got fixed, but just a few days later it was broken again. It gets intermittently fixed, but most of the time it just does not work. It obviously needs a more extensive repair than whatever patchwork fix is being constantly applied to it.
