Countdown and live updates not working

This bus stop has had live updates missing for over a week now. What's going on?
Queensway bus stops closed in both directions because of roadworks
No temporary bus stops provided. Damage to local economy

This now has been pass on to the contractors to investigate it.

There is still no temporary bus stop in either direction outside of the station. Each morning the bus goes straight past the train station and I have to walk back from Towncourt Lane. On the way home I have to walk to Frank’s Wood Avenue because two bus stops are closed from the train station. What is going on with this?
