Buses are leaving earlier than scheduled repeatedly

Hi, I look up my bus timetable for 247 from Regents Park Road Stop A every morning, and the bus I usually get is 9:06, and sometimes I have missed the bus, but when I check the time on my phone it is often 9:04 or 9:05. Is there any way we can ensure buses are leaving the bus stop at the correct time, as I often run for the bus but end up missing it anyway because of this.
