Amber light out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3024006.

I have reported this on 20 July 2021 but the ticket was closed very quickly and the problem was not been fixed. Perhaps you didn't believe me, so I have gone to the trouble of providing better pictorial evidence.
