Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3027242.
The tree (horse chestnut) is diseased. it is very large and more suited to parkland. the roots are beginning to push up the tarmac to the drive leading to the front door of the property. Each week the crack is getting wider and longer. i would appreciate it if this tree could be removed. Thank you.

All TfL tree stock is inspected annually by external surveyors for safety issues and this tree will be inspected within that survey this year. Originally Gunnersbury Avenue was an avenue of mature chestnut trees and these are perfectly suited to be street trees. In recent years we have had to replace many of these trees and should that become necessary with this one it will be replaced with another large tree species
