Abandoned road sign

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3031531.
Abandoned road sign which the council refuse to deal with. This is the third time I have raised this issue. This sign is blocking the view causing a blind spot when entering the by-pass. Please do your job and look into having this removed instead of asking me to report it on various different websites. Not my job to keep doing yours for you. The metal railing here is also broken and leaning into the pavement. This is near a school so for safety reasons this should also be dealt with.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we have referred it to our contractors. If this is confirmed as safety issue this will be attended within two hours. Otherwise, we aim to attend within 24 hours. Should you need anything else, or if you have any questions please our contact customer services team on 0343 222 1234
Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer.
