There is flooding in the underpass / subway between Courtland Avenue and Mill Hill Golf Course

Customer has called to report a flooded underpass at the end of Courtland Avenue through to Mill Hill Golf Course. The underpass is in constant use by adults and school children and has been filled with rainwater for a number if weeks and following yester evenings heavy rainstorm has filled with water again. Customer has advised that wooden pallets have been thrown into the underpass / subway to act as a 'stepping stones' above he waterline. Customer has advised that this is a health hazard and a danger to the school children and needs to be drained as soon as possible.
