Flooding on road AND pavement.
Reported via mobile in the Flooding category anonymously at 15:06, Fri 1 October 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3036332.
The pavement on either side of the road is unpassable in heavy rain. The water goes over shoes & there is no way around it. This has been happening for years & TfL appear to have done nothing.

I am the hotel manager of Premier in. London Richmond.
Every time it rains the pavement floods and this floods our hotel. My team have to get sand bags and put them out and clean the whole reception out of water every single time it rains. This is unnacceptable and not safe for them.
I have multiple videos of this happening over the last year, however this has been going on even longer than that. I can see other people have report it and still nothing is being done.
I attach a recent video.
Thanks Lucy Lucy Murphy
