On a daily basis, this underpass fills with water

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3037507.
Each time you visit you do not fix the problem. The pumps work but the water cannot get to the pumps due to blockages in pipes and gullies. It needs cleaning out asap as it is a safety concern as the water is deep and the walkway is filled with slippery mud and rubbish.

Tunnel flooded again. TFL has not fixed the permenant blocked drain which is why the tunnel continues to flood everytime it rains. Totally unacceptable, making everyone's life a misery that need to access this underpass.
