Flooded subway on A1 Barnet By-Pass/Apex Corner

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 18:19, Sunday 3 October 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3039487.

Hi, could you please tell me if anything is being done about the flooded underpass in mill hill? Twice this week I have seen school children running across a busy dual carriageway due to the flooding and the fact that the next safe place to cross is about 1/2 a mile up the road, will it take a child to be killed for you to do something about this? @TfL Hi, could you please tell me if anything is being done about the flooded underpass in mill hill? • This is not acceptable. Children have to walk through this to go to school and sit with wet feet all day. Poor mothers with pushchairs. People are driving their kids to school which is ridiculous

  • This is only this low due to the golf club trying to pump water out over the weekend (it was knee deep on Saturday) Children have been crossing the dual carriageway to avoid it in recent weeks
