Blocked Drain/Soakaway Causing Flooding in Heavy Rain

As previously reported in June & September 2021 the drain in the pavement between 70- & 72 London Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 is blocked as shown on the attached photograph and is now overflowing down London Road. TFL reported that this problem has been fixed, however, as you can see from the photographs taken today, 6th October 2021, the problem has not been resolved. We look forward to your attention to finally resolve this matter.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
