Manhole cover missing on bridge over railway

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3052598.
Half of the manhole cover is missing on the inside lane southbound on the north circular, where it passes over the railway coming out of Kew Bridge station. It is a very dangerous situation.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within one hour. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. The manhole cover has been placed back, but it is tilted, a corner of it pokes out of the surface, still highly dangerous for vehicles!
