Misleading timetable at Bus Stop G - Canary Wharf Station
Reported via desktop in the Incorrect timetable information category anonymously at 08:02, Wed 13 October 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3059142.
A month ago, this bus stop displayed timetables for 277 in both directions (see first picture for how it appeared a month ago). I asked for the 277 towards Crossharbour timetable to be removed, because it is confusing for passengers, as the stop isn't served by the 277 in that direction any longer. I expected the 277 towards Dalston Junction timetable to remain in place, as the stop is still served by the 277 in that direction. In the last few days, the valid 277 towards Dalston Junction timetable has apparently been removed and the invalid 277 towards Crossharbour timetable has remained in place (see second picture for how it appears today). That makes the timetable displays even more confusing than it was a month ago. Please can the invalid 277 towards Crossharbour timetable be removed and the valid 277 towards Dalston Junction timetable be re-installed.
