Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you to address a very dangerous and hazardous issue which could end someone getting killed or seriously injured.
Everyday I travel between 4-6am from Polish War Memorial towards White Hard Roundabout onto A4180. The lighting is poor when driving on this route which is now worse due to the Autumn season darkness. I cannot stress how dangerous it is to drive with poor lighting.
There are approximately 6-7 pedestrian islands which either have no light whatsoever or they reflect the minimum light and are so dirty and covered by weeds. Not only this, the trees have overgrown and cover the street lamps. Without the trees, these street lamps have little effect let alone now they are covered by trees. We need strong lighting on this route.
I urge you to please look into this as a very urgent matter of concern. This is a very busy route of commuting and it is a safety issue.
Many thanks in advance and look forward to hearing from you soon.
