You sent an e mail saying this is fixed it’s not still the same been reporting for two years, yes two years, you come along and flush with water but do not unblock as soon as it rains it floods again,, can you please get a real professional to check this as even I know what the problem is,

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
