The exact location is the A406 - NORTH CIRCULAR SLIP ROAD with WESTWAY LINK ROAD. Engineer has reported Hedge/Undergrowth have swamped ESP and PJL with Brambles growing into the traffic controller. Overgrown foilage needs cutting back to allow access to the controller and hedge around ESP and PJL needs cutting back too. All three are located close to the walkway that leads to Hermitage Lane.
