Offensive poster fixed into permanent frame which is screwed to bus shelter wall

Reported via desktop in the Graffiti / Flyposting on stop or shelter (offensive) category anonymously at 14:17, Sat 16 October 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3066042.

This poster is telling people to not get vaccinated. The lettering is very clear and therefore dangerous.

It is perplexing to me that this poster is fixed into a proper frame - it is not just stuck on a wall. So I wonder if the people doing this have access to these advertising frames on bus shelters- saw the same thing yesterday? Only those with specialised access could put poster in frame and screw it to the wall. I think you need to investigate this much more seriously and report to the police.
