Regarding: https://streetcare.tfl.gov.uk/ report/ 2932389 TfL ref: FMS2932389. As of Friday 15th October this was still outstanding ie over 2 weeks of you reporting this as ‘fixed’. Kindly ensure whoever is fixing this knows it needs fixing! Also on your ‘fixed’ report you say any issue call your 0343 number – well on Friday at noon and 15:00hrs I did and the answer message said your office was shut so not really a customer ‘help’ line. Thanks for continued help over this issue.

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
