Dip in road surface causing structural damage

The road surface outside my house is uneven, with emerging potholes and drain covers. Because my house is only 1 metre from a very busy double red route, this means buses and other HGVs are crashing into the dips as they pass my house, causing significant shaking. I'm increasingly concerned about structural damage impacts to my house. Can TfL investigate these impacts and/or consider the road surface or road layout in this strip of road, where the houses are so close to the traffic?

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can.
