The shelter has disappeared

The shelter at this extremely busy bus stop (12 day routes, plus nightbuses) has disappeared.

I frequently see people sat on the ground waiting for a bus. This is terrible for the elderly and disabled. It was raining the other night and people were soaked, pathetically trying to hide under a small tree.

When will the shelter be returned? This should be a high priority location to fix.

Also the timetables are nearly all missing. Only the P5 and a couple of night routes.
