Barriers / tables/ chairs on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 16:41, Sat 23 October 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3080147.

Tables and chairs on the pavement and barrier cordoning off over half of the pavement, makes it narrow and difficult for general flow for public and hard for wheelchair users to pass through. it is next to a busy pedestrian crossing which gets a lot of pedestrians going to the canal. The barriers are in the way of general accessibility.
