No need for Temporary traffic lights

Reported via mobile in the Lamp out (traffic lights) category anonymously at 08:16, Sun 24 October 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3080637.

There are temporary traffic lights just before the junction of Bruce grove on Tottenham high road which DO NOT need to be present. As a professional driver I can assure you there is plenty of space for large vehicles to get past each other and common sense can be used in giving to each other to avoid being stuck. I realise there is a pedestrian crossing at this location so if this is taken in to consideration for these temporary lights then a two way control lights should be operated to avoid any unnecessary congestion. Having congestion at this location would make it very difficult for emergency vehicles to get through as it has been witnessed on a few occasions already. I hope this situation can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Many thanks
