Traffic lights stuck on red

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 15:53, Sun 24 October 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3081426.

The newly installed traffic lights at the junction of Woodwell Street and East Hill are intermittently not functioning correctly with the lights on Woodwell Street stuck on red. Cars arriving at the lights appear not to be detected by the sensors. This seems to happen more at night causing drivers to sound their horns and drive through the red light. This is very disturbing to sleep and obviously very dangerous in a known accident black spot. Please fix ASAP.
