Return of manholes rocking noise

Hi i am not satisfied with this amount of time it has taken for a reply for a permanent fix to the issue. one of the manhole was covered by tarmac but now it has started to come of and the sound is back the grated manhole has not been fixed the noise is till prevalent but not as bad as the tarmac one. This has gone far to long enough to endure affected the quality of life withing 50 metres for 5plus months of non stop reporting.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. Unacceptable the tarmac that was on was coming off and the road around it was sunken damaged which was not fixed now they have removed it completely off and the noise is back 6months of this with out a proper fix and constantly raising the job as this affects the road users and us as the residents within 50metres as the noise is unbearable.

The noise is back and the repair is not done after 6months of this nonsense kindly take this mahole away or cover it permanently as i will be taking legal action
