Sunken manhole on the slip road outside house numbers 277, 279,281

There is a sunken manhole cover on the slip road, this has been reported many times over the last year & a half, this issue is now effecting my health as i cannot sleep with the constant heavy shaking viabrations from the buses every half an hour, i am now seeking legal advice (human rights bill) to see if i am entitled to compensation for this health issue & also looking into compensation due to the constant viabrations causing my property to shake & interior ceilings showing cracks, I look forward to your response to this urgent issue before taking any legal action / compensation claim, i have also written to my local MP on this matter as nothing seems to get done by TFL.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
