Updates

  • The traffic lights in Charlton Church Lane, heading North, are not working properly. I stopped after turned from green to red and then have waited two complete cycles of thoughts changing (apparently) for the other three directions. Traffic from those three directions all moved twice during those cycles but the lights I faced did not change. At the end of the second cycle the car to my right decided to go anyway, after the vehicles on our right had stopped, and turned right. I waited for when I believed it was our turn which was when the traffic to our left stopped and the traffic opposite started moving. I proceeded carefully across the junction. No cars followed me immediately but did shortly after, of course that could be because the lights then turned green but I don't know that.
