Pavement and road closure to remove scaffolding without permit

Pavement and one lane of traffic closed whilst developer removes scaffolding - no permit. Pedestrians walking in the road which is dangerous. Need a permit and a correctly signed footpath diversion. Lane closure affecting traffic flow

We have asked them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction, we will ask them to do this within 28 days.
