Manhole cover rocking and dangerous

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3089519.

Issue of loose manhole not resolved. Reported as fixed but still rocking, noisy and dangerous. Road used regularly by emergency service vehicles.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.   • Hello, a couple of weeks ago the manhole cover was ‘fixed’ but the problem has started again. There is a surface defect which the manhole cover is part of. It keeps happening because the road is uneven and cars are driving into the dent over and over again making the cover loose. Please fix
