Traffic don't cross sign is stuck on red all the time

Sunday 31st October you were fixing the traffic lights.Now the red don't cross sign is on 24 hours a day.It is shining all the way through my flat and is light pollution.It is stuck on red don't cross.It should go off as it always has done and come on when someone is crossing.It is really annoying.
