Red don't cross sign is permanently on.

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 12:23, Mon 1 November 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3097084.

Unless someone is crossing, the red don't cross sign is permanently on and shines through my flat causing light pollution and great annoyance. This started on 31st October when workmen were doing work on the lights. You sent a company over today who worked on it for two hours and left without fixing it. You sent a report saying there wasn't a problem. There is and it started yesterday. No one can live with a red light permanently shining through their home.

  • Nothing has been done about this and I have for a month had a bright red light shining in to my flat all day and night. This is totally unacceptable and is affecting my well being. The light even shines through in to my hall, so all through my flat.
