Drain blocked

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3100590.

Please see 2 previous reports for this location. I work for the local authority in question and we have strict instructions on writing from TFL stating we are not allowed to clear drains on RED ROUTED roads this is a double red route so falls under TFL remit please provide the email address for the local TFL officer for the Greenwich area. Please investigate this correctly
