Branches and hedgerow overhanging into pathway on the A21 causing narrowing of the pavement on a very busy zebra crossing. Can this please be trimmed right back to allow more space.

This is dangerous as the bushes and branches come right out onto the path. There are often lots of college students trying to pass other pedestrians going to and from the college / bus stop / zebra crossing. People often have to step into the busy road to pass each other.
