Scaffolding is blocking the pavement and is unsafe

Reported via desktop in the Scaffolding blocking carriageway or footway category anonymously at 11:01, Wed 3 November 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3101733.

The scaffolding has been in place outside 24 Upper Tooting Road for over 2 years. There is no license posted; the safety foam has disappeared; the scaffolding takes up more room than regulations allow (for pedestrians, wheelchairs, baby buggies etc) and there is no sign of any works ongoing. I see on this site that the same problem was reported in January 2020 and TFL’s reply is “fixed” - there is no evidence for this. The situation remains the same. Please come and inspect.
