Traffic lights system not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3103438.

Traffic light system was working on 2 way only and not the 4 ways it should have been, plus its allowing the same opposite sides to go on green more the others, sat at lights on red whilst the other lights went on green and red 3 times, over 10 mins waiting for the light to open from King William st towards borough st..
