Cracked pavement filler

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3104128.
Trip hazard caused by cracked and raised cement filler in pavement just outside our main entrance at 159 Mile End Road near corner of Stayners Road. This occurs every year/18 months. someone comes around to repair and the same thing happens the following year or so - can something more permanent be done to resolve this issue?

If this defect is confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days.
