Pedestrian wait light not working.

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 18:01, Tue 9 November 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3114080.

The controlled pedestrian crossing is faulty because it does not respond to the button activation within a safe time and is therefore dangerous. This is an important crossing opposite a supermarket.
