Lights out E140QX
Reported via mobile in the All out - three or more street lights in a row category anonymously at 20:22, Thu 11 November 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3118887.
I first reported this problem on the 6th October and have continued to report it for the last 3 weeks. I know you have also been contacted twice by poplar HARCA who’s estate your lights are on. I received a update from you stating that the lights have now been fixed. I got in contact with you again because the problem has not been fixed at all. This is not acceptable. Please ensure that this matter is looked and fixed as soon as possible as I have said in all previous correspondence the area is very dark and intimidating.
