Bus Stop H Charlton Stn / Charlton Church Lane towards North Greenwich 2 shelter lights not working

I previously reported on Fix My Street as follows:
At Bus stop H Charlton Stn / Charlton Church Lane towards North Greenwich there are two adjacent bus shelters side by side. The light in both is not working. There is power to the shelters though as the Countdown Board is working. I received a FMS email from you on 05/11/2021 08:02 saying

I visited the location last night at 2225 hours and it has NOT been fixed.
The quarter lights in both shelters are NOT illuminating and so the job remained still to be done
Once again for the avoidance of doubt the shelters are these ones
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. We will aim to fix this within 28 days, however if this is a power supply problem it may take longer. To note all Action Scheduled reports are auto closed after 28 days, the fault however will be fixed within the timescale stated above which may be sooner or in a few cases take a little longer.

At 2200 last night both quarter lights still not working
