Count down unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3129817.

No bus arrival information - this has been broken for 3 weeks at least. Please fix in the next week. This poses a safety issue, particularly for women and vulnerable people when waiting for buses in the dark/evenings/ shift workers late at night. They don’t always have phones or it isn’t safe to check phone when alone. Please fix ASAP. Very disappointing that there is no one doing checks on these units regularly.

    I’d like to make a formal complaint.

    My elderly mother (aged 76) was injured and ended up in hospital after tripping over this pavement. I have proof of her admission, ongoing treatment and medication.

    I’d like to claim for expenses failing a compromise take legal action
