Condition of road surface

I'd like to bring awareness to a dangerous piece of road on the crossroads of the A3 and Rookery Road. The poor surface extends the entire width of the road heading westbound and is about 4 meters in length.

The road is dangerous for a bike due to size and depth of potholes/poor road surface. The quality of road is now at the point that will cause damage to a bike tyre over time. For daily commuters like me, that will cause a tyre puncture within a few weeks of travel. When I travel over that section I have to slow down to not fall off bike or cause excessive tyre wear. Slowing down can cause cars to slow down too. This road is at risk of causing an accident by car collision or a bike tyre puncture. Please fix as soon as possible!
