Broken water main causing pothole and flooding

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3135941.

There is a broken water main by the stop line on the Kennington Park Place side of its junction with Kennington Park Road. This is causing flooding on the road and a large pothole is developing also.
