Countdown not working

Countdown screen not working at stop HR The Maypole now for 4 weeks. I have complained once about this before 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. The screen is on (showing a dot in top left corner) but nothing else. Connection problem Location: The Maypole (stop HR)
