Electrical junction box open

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3143727.
Customer has called to report a safety issue. At the north end of Vauxhall Bridge on the northbound side Vauxhall Bridge Road next to bus stop T, there is an electrical junction box which is attached to the bridge wall. The customer has advised that the door of this junction box has been prised and wrenched off now open leaving wiring exposed with a potentially a highly dangerous situation. There are a number of warning signs inside and surrounding the box advising high voltage. Customer has asked for this to be checked and fixed as soon a possible given the close proximity to the bus stop/shelter at stop T.
