Red man signal is on 24 hours a day

I reported this one month ago, this morning you said it had been fixed, it hasn't.There is a red man signal shining through my flat 24 hours a day.It used to come on only when someone pressed the button now it is on constantly causing great distress to me.You said there was a fault with the button nothing has been done. I have waited for a month and nothing has been fixed.

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
