The red man signal is on twenty four hours a day.

I have reported it twice.You have just told me it is fixed,it isn't.The red man signal is on twenty four hours a day.It is shining through my flat now and causing great disturbance.It should only come on when the button is pressed.

  • This red man signal is on 24 hours a day unless someone is crossing.Then it is green and goes back to red.It would only be on red if someone pressed the button.It is like a red laser shining all the way through my flat and is giving me headaches.

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
