I have reported it twice.You have just told me it is fixed,it isn't.The red man signal is on twenty four hours a day.It is shining through my flat now and causing great disturbance.It should only come on when the button is pressed.

This red man signal is on 24 hours a day unless someone is crossing.Then it is green and goes back to red.It would only be on red if someone pressed the button.It is like a red laser shining all the way through my flat and is giving me headaches.
