Lighting not working on bridge

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3154992.
The lighting on the bridge both sides is not working. The pavements are very dark especially at night. All lights inset to bridge walls are not working. Have contacted network rail and they say it is not their responsibility also the same for Lewisham Council as it is a red route. They have not worked for months. Very dangerous for people with disabilities or sight issues
