Drain blocked on The Highway, water threatening our home

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3155588.
The drain is blocked again. I do not know what with. There is also a water leak nearby so water is collecting in the road, causing traffic to slow. The water is also draining via our garden where it is building up and threatening to come into the house.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. 4 lane highway now down to 1 lane, severe congestion since Friday, with no work over weekend, congestion and toxic fumes at unacceptable level in highly populated area. Monday morning congestion has resulted in children late for school and people’s travel to work on local buses severely disrupted. Poor performance, bad for health and prosperity of London, in particular local businesses. When can this be resolved.

Absolutely terrible traffic conditions because of these road works tfl can’t even organise it properly 3 hours in the traffic

Traffic congestion terrible with extra ordinary delay and vehicle pollution In highly populated area plus right near a school. Still not sighted any activity or work, surely this needs to be managed and action taken to complete road works
