Drain blocked on The Highway, water threatening our home
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 14:42, Thu 2 December 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3155588.
The drain is blocked again. I do not know what with. There is also a water leak nearby so water is collecting in the road, causing traffic to slow. The water is also draining via our garden where it is building up and threatening to come into the house.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. We appreciate this. This has now been investigated and we’ve reported this to our contractors. 4 lane highway now down to 1 lane, severe congestion since Friday, with no work over weekend, congestion and toxic fumes at unacceptable level in highly populated area. Monday morning congestion has resulted in children late for school and people’s travel to work on local buses severely disrupted. Poor performance, bad for health and prosperity of London, in particular local businesses. When can this be resolved.

Traffic congestion terrible with extra ordinary delay and vehicle pollution In highly populated area plus right near a school. Still not sighted any activity or work, surely this needs to be managed and action taken to complete road works
