The led billboard on a12 is too bright

Dear sir There is a very shiny billboard on a12 in the middle of the road. This is at the junction of old ford road e3. The billboard causes blind spots as the driver approaches at night. Please remove this billboard as it is a distraction or atleast adjust the brightness. Regards

Hi,
This billboard is still there, with the same brightness. This is really dangerous at night; it completely eliminates any night vision while driving under the bridge.
