*** 2ND REPEAT LOGGING No light or Countdown Bus stop C Greenwich Town Centre / Cutty Sark C towards Blackheath, Charlton or North Greenwich

This is 2nd re-logging of a problem you have twice said has been fixed BUT it has not and is now 3 to 4 months since the shelter light and Countdown Board worked at a busy tourist trap town centre location. What is the problem and why did I receive an email yesterday from TfL FMS saying:
